So, Wednesday is my day off and the worst day for eating!! I'm a photographer, so I used Wednesday for most of my editing. And I eat while I edit. Yesterday, it was red hots, M&M's and Skittles. None of it tasted good but I kept eating it... why?? Force of habit.

So, I had all but decided that I was going to do the hCG diet again... because this weight is NOT coming off and I need to fit into a dress in about a month... I bought it a size too small, because that is all they had in stock, and I am in a wedding, so I HAVE to get into it!! lol

Anyway, after the brain cloud of thinking hCG was the answer, I did some more research... I don't know if it is true or not, but many people are saying homeopathic hCG doesn't actually DO anything. It causes a placebo effect that makes you THINK it is what is causing you to lose weight without being hungry. So, I've decided to go on a low calorie diet, and an insanely strict one at that... and also refill my Phentermine for another month and see if that helps with appetite.

This is what I am thinking:

Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg (78 calories), herbal tea without sugar

Lunch: 3.5 ounces lean protein(about 100 calories), some sort of healthy vegetable, probably salad, maybe cucumbers(15-20 calories), and an apple(85 calories), and water

Dinner:3.5 ounces lean protein(about 100 calories), some sort of healthy vegetable, probably salad, maybe cucumbers(15-20 calories), and an apple(85 calories), and water

Around 500 calories... I think I will start with this, and if I stall, I will add more in... or if I feel awful lol

Anyway, don't judge me, I have a LOT of weight to lose...

So, basically I am already off gluten, and with this I will detox from both sugar and carbs!! Wish me luck!!:)

Also, this shake from Dr. Oz looks good:

Step 3: Detox With Skinny Shakes
To flush fat from your body, you’ll need to release the toxins that are keeping you swollen with fat and fluid. To repair cellular damage from processed foods, make a Skinny Shake of pomegranate juice, strawberries and lemon. Pomegranates are anti-angiogenic and can reduce inflammation. Strawberries are anti-angiogenic and protect against oxidative stress. And lemon juice has vitamin C, natural antibacterial properties, can aid digestion, and helps reduce stress.

Skinny Shake

Ingredients
1 cup of ice
4 oz of pomegranate juice(75 calories)
1 cup frozen strawberries(77 calories)
Squeeze of lemon

Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and enjoy. Add water to reach your desired consistency.

According to WebMD:

"Are Very Low-Calorie Diets Safe?
Very low-calorie diets are generally safe when used under proper medical supervision in people with a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30. Use of VLCDs in people with a BMI of 27 to 30 should be reserved for those who have medicalcomplications resulting from their obesity.
VLCDs are not suitable for everyone. Doctors generally recommend them on a case-by-case basis and your doctor will decide whether or not such a diet is appropriate for you. VLCDs are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and are not appropriate for children or adolescents except in specialized treatment programs. Due to the potential need for other medications for preexisting conditions, as well as the possibility of side effects, these types of diets may not be suitable for people over 50, either."

And this:

"To be healthy, we need a balance of foods from different food groups. It's quite difficult to get good nutrition in as few as 800 calories (even a dietitian would have trouble doing this), especially if one eats the same foods day after day.
Also, once you go off the diet, you will likely regain your weight unless you change your lifestyle and commit to healthy eating, regular physical activity, and an improved outlook about food. By sticking to a long-term commitment, you can prevent your weight from drifting back up the scale.
According to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/, my weight being 207 and my height being 5'2", my BMI is 37.9!! HOLY CRAP!!! So, yeah, all things being said, a VLCD is probably going to work out just fine for me!! I want to get my BMI under 25!

Also, I need to make sure I take all my meds and vitamins!!
