MONDAY, 07/23/2012

This morning, I got up late, so I did this mini workout:


Then showered and headed to work!

Breakfast: Yogurt, grapes, 1 can of Diet Coke(don't judge me, I don't drink pop often, but today... being as how it is that time of the month, I am having a Diet Coke, and I will have a little chocolate too! LOL)

Lunch: Lucky or unlucky, drug reps brought food, but it was sandwiches and wraps, which all had wheat, so I just had salad. There was also some Dirty All Natural Potato Chips left over from Friday, so I grabbed a bag of those as well, gluten-free!:)

Dinner: Ham & Cheese sandwich on Rudi's (Yes, Rudi's, not Udi's lol) gluten-free bread, 1/2 a sonic mocha java chiller, and a few marshmallows for dessert

Snacks: 2 mini Hershey's milk chocolates, 2 mini Hershey's Special Dark chocolates, 4 Starbursts (can you tell I have a sweet tooth when it's that time of the month!??), rice cake with Laughing Cow cheese, 1 ounce colby jack cheese... I'm hungry today...

Frame of Mind: Frustrated! Mainly because it is that time of month, but also because of money troubles! UGH!

Also, I found this: http://www.breakpal.com/ and I am going to set it up for every 30 minutes to make me do some sort of exercise for 1 1/2 minutes! :) Hmmm... that lasted 2 exercises... they just don't have very many exercises I can do here at work... Boo!!
